Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander, on Wednesday August 23, 2017, Margaret Day aged  88 years. Predeceased by her infant daughter Florence, daughter Josephine; son Morris; brothers: Clifford and Reg; sisters: Marion and Doris. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: her husband Onslow, children: Rose (Terry) Nicholas, Wayne (Elaine), Diane (Patrick) Fleming, Dale (Gordon); grandchildren: Laura, Linda, Karen, Rodney, Tanya, Julie, Terry, Natasha, Nikki, and Shane; 14 great-grandchildren; Sisters: Evelyn Dunn and Loretta Wilson; brother Max and a large circle of other family and friends.

Resting at Families Funeral Home 9 Forward Drive in Lewisporte, visitation will take place on Friday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday August 26, 2017 at 2pm from the Salvation Army Citadel in Lewisporte, with interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Lewisporte.

FLowers  accepted or donations may be made in her memory to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund in Lewisporte.
