Obituary of Sherry Lynn Aucoin

The family sadly announces the passing of Sherry Lynn Aucoin at the age of 50 years on Thursday August 25, 2016 after her courageous battle with ALS. Sherry's spirit and strength was an inspiration to all who knew her. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Gary; sons: Jeremy (Hope) Tetford, Jeffrey (Chelsea) Tetford; step daughters: Haley & Cassidy Aucoin; 3 precious grandchildren Jack, Peyton, Anna; parents Neil & Vera Porter; brothers: Robert (Shelley) Porter, Trevor (Danielle) Porter also a large circle of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Resting at Families Funeral Home 9 Forward Drive, Lewisporte on Friday August 26, 2016 between 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday August 27, 2016 between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from St. Matthews United Church on Sunday August 28, 2016 at 2 p.m., with interment to follow at the United Church cemetery, Porterville. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations in Sherry's memory may be made to the ALS Society.
