Obituary of Winnie Rowsell

Winnie Rowsell Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander at the age of 94 years. Predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob); brothers: Woodrow Foss, Everett Foss, Bert Foss, Harold Foss, and sisters in law, Minnie Foss, and Kathleen Foss. Left with fond and loving memories are her son, Terry (Sharon) Foss; two grandchildren, Amy (Terry) Sheppard, Julieanne (Billy) Reddy; two great-grandchildren: Jack Sheppard, and Caleb Reddy; brother, Sandy (Glowena) Foss; sisters: Joyce (Enurchas) Bursey, Shirley (George) Walsh, and Edith (Wilfred) Nippard; sisters in law: Mary Foss, Hazel Foss, and Joan Foss, as well as many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends. Resting at Families Funeral Home, 9 Forward Drive, Lewisporte with visitation to take place on Thursday, December 1 from 7-9pm, and Friday, December 2 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service to be held at Glad Tidings Tabernacle in Embree on Saturday, December 3 at 2pm, with interment to follow from the Community Cemetery in Embree. Flowers are graciously accepted, or donations may be made in her memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada (Atlantic Division), or to the Parkinson Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
