Hayward Diamond passed away at his home in Lewisporte on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at the age of 90 years.

Leaving to cherish his memory his three children, Joan, Glenys and Calvin; grandchildren, Keith, Ashley, Amy, Dalton and Brittany and his five great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Audrey; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Hayward was born on Change Islands a son of the late Fred and Betty Diamond. He was predeceased by his wife Edna and his brothers Fred and George.

Visitation will take place from Families Funeral Home in Lewisporte on Thursday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28 at 1pm from Families Funeral Home with interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery.

Donations may be made in his memory to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund in Lewisporte.
