It is with broken hearts that the family announce the passing of their beloved mother Irene Joyce Jennings who passed away in her home In Birchy Bay on Monday, June 16, 2025 at the age of 69 years. She was predeceased by her parents Hezekiah and Bessie Hodder; brothers Lindo Hodder and Cecil Hodder and her sister-in-law Kitty Wells.

Leaving to mourn are her children Everett Randell (Shelley Lewis), Melissa Randell and Ross Randell (Charlene).

Irene will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Tyler, Dillon, Kyler, Zachery, and Clarrissa along with her great-grandchildren Corrina, Olivia, and Jaydon; brothers Wilson Hodder (Alice), Doyle (Mary) Hodder, Floyd Hodder, Tony Hodder (Brenda), Gerald, Leo Hodder, Mike Hodder (Beverly), Jamie (Chrissie); sisters, Audrey Coish (Amos) and Marilyn Chretien (John).

She will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Resting at Families Funeral Home with visitation on Friday from 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, June, 21st at 2:30 pm from Beacon Pentecostal Tabernacle in Birchy Bay with cremation to follow. Burial will take place at a later date.
