Robert Bishop of Brown’s Arm passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. at the age of 73 years.

Robert was born in St. John’s a son of the Late William and Josephine Bishop. He will be deeply missed by his spouse Joy Jennings (Baker); step children Melanie (Kevin) Jennings and Michael and five step grandchildren Lia, Jamiah, Jahziah, Jahrael and Nathan; sisters Frances Bartlett, Eileen Jackson and his brother Randy (Rose).

He will be fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews and a large circle of friends.

In addition to his parents, Robert was predeceased by his brothers Jack, Dave and his sister Joan Bishop.

A celebration of his life and burial will be held at a time to be announced.
