It is with broken hearts we sadly announce the passing of our sister Cindy at the age of 54. Cindy passed away on Tuesday, August 26th, 2025 at the Lionel Kelland Hospice in Grand Falls-Windsor with her loving family by her side.

Cindy grew up in Embree and was the daughter of the late Earl and Evelyn Snow.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brothers Hewlett and Harvey; sister Jeanette and sister-in-law Pansy.

Leaving to cherish her many memories are her siblings; Allister (Denise), Winston (Betty), Larry, Don (Marilyn), Virtue (Tennis) Cassell, Cora Watkins, Darlene (Derrick) King, Sarah (Roy) Saunders, Richard (Arlena) and sister-in-law Trixie.

She will be deeply missed by her many nieces and nephews and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Cindy loved music and attending church was very important to her. She enjoyed walking and spent countless hours with her dog Nika. She also enjoyed taking day trips, but most of all she thoroughly loved spending time with her family.

The family would like to thank the staff of Twin Town Manor, Central Regional Health Centre for their support and the Lionel Kelland Hospice, Grand Falls-Windsor, where she spent her final days, for the love and support shown to Cindy and her family.

Resting at Families Funeral Home in Lewisporte, visitation will be held on Thursday August, 28th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will follow on Friday, August 29th at 1pm from the Salvation Army Church in Lewisporte with Interment to follow at the Community Cemetery in Embree. Funeral will be lived streamed through Families Funeral Home Facebook Page.

Flowers are accepted or donations in her memory may be made to The Lionel Kelland Hospice in Grand Falls-Windsor.
