Doris Julia Snow (nee Penney) of Campbellton passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Saviour, on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander, at the age of 94 years.

Doris was born in Seldom NL on September 16, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Bessie Penney. She married the love of her life Clayton Snow of Campbellton on July 23, 1953, in Botwood, NL and together they raised their three sons, Lorne (Beulah), Mark (Ruby), Shawn (Donna).

They were blessed with many grandchildren, Nelson (Diane) Snow, Nadine (Jaret) Burt, Terri (Brent), Jeffrey, Jeremy (Jillian) Snow and Brittany (Brent) Wilson. As well as their great-grandchildren, Logan, Chase, Leah, Maximus, Edward, Shaylee, Henry and Mckenna.

Doris will be lovingly remembered by her siblings, Nathaniel (Glenda), Roland (Evelyn), Betty (Benson) and Elsie (Clayton), along with many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents Doris was predeceased by her husband Clayton and brother Mark.

Visitation will take place from the Salvation Army Citadel in Comfort Cove-Newstead on Thursday, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 20th, at 1pm.

Interment will follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Campbellton.
