It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Eugene Wall on February 18, 2026. Eugene was born March 20, 1951 in Campbellton. He is predeceased by his parents, Ambrose and Winifred Wall, parents -in-law, Ashton and Olive Single, infant daughter, Eugenia, grandchildren, Nicholas and Hannah Freake, foster son, Jon Boadi, brother, Dennis and baby sister, Judy.

Leaving to mourn with cherished memories are his beloved wife, Ruth of 50 plus years, daughters, Celyeste (Stephen) Hill and Heather Joy (Morley) Freake, son, Joshua (Aly) Wall, grandchildren, Meghan and Ashley Hill and Zaak Wall, four sisters, Kathleen (Pearce), Ruby, Fronie (Kevin), and Glenda (Trent), and two brothers, Howard (Excie) and Derrick (Judy), as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at Families Funeral Home in Lewisporte with visitation to take place on Sunday from 2-4pm and Monday from 5-8pm.

The funeral service will take place at Philadelphia Pentecostal Tabernacle in Lewisporte on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 1:00. The interment will follow at the Campbellton Pentecostal Cemetery.
