Cyril Anstey Obituary

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Cyril Eli Anstey after a short illness on June 23, 2014 surrounded by those he loved. He was 76 years of age.

Cyril retired from The Iron Ore Company of Canada, Labrador City on October 1, 2001.

Predeceased by parents Andrew and Ena Anstey; and brother, Gideon. Left with many wonderful memories are his wife Patsy; son Robert; daughter Linda; sisters, Laura (Don) Goodyear, Vera (Barry) Abbott, Velvie (Lynn) Brown, and brother Maxwell, as well extended family and friends.Visitation will take place on Wednesday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Pastor Brian Brown will conduct the funeral service from the Philadelphia Pentecostal Tabernacle, Lewisporte on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 2pm. Interment will Follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Lewisporte.

Pallbearers are; Rex Clements, Charlie Wheaton, Rex Hill, Don Goodyear, Gerald Stride, and Roy Philpott.
