Frederick H.Roberts passed peacefully away on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander at the age of 87 years. He was born in Twillingate on February 16, 1927 to Walter and Victoria Roberts of Twillingate. Frederick was a veteran of World War II and a minister of the Gospel with the Salvation Army and Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador for more than fifty years.

He was predeceased by wife, Wavey (on May 21, 2014), son Troy, and granddaughter Amanda, sisters; Bessie and Olive.

Leaving to mourn with fond and Loving Memories, his son Junior (Linda), and daughter Marilyn(Dennis)Baker, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Also leaving to mourn are his sisters; Hazel, Jessie, Doris, Yvonne and one brother Allan and a circle of other relatives and friends.

Resting at the Calvary Pentecostal Church in Twillingate on Friday from 7-9pm and on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9pm . Funeral service will take on Sunday February 1st,2015 at 2pm will interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery in ragged point.Flowers accepted or donations maybe made in his memory to the Cemetery fund.
