Aubrey Freake- passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday August 2, 2015 at the age of 55. He was predeceased by his parents Ronald and Joyce. He is survived by his daughter Terrilee (Carl) Russell and two grandchildren, Brooke and Riley, Stepmother Louise, brothers and sisters; Malcolm (Trudy), Doreen (Ross) Grandy, Yvonne (Keith) Rowsell, Keith (Fernanda), Michelle (Robert) Holloway, Yvette (Roy) Gill, Colleen (Todd) Strickland, Ronnie (Wilhelmina) Squires; also many nieces and nephews, and a large circle of other relatives and friends. In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place; visitation will be held on Thursday at the Salvation Army Citadel in Birchy Bay from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place on Friday, August 7 at 2:00pm with Major Fred Randell officiating. Interment will take place 4pm Saturday, August 8 at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Port Aux Basques. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
