To Florence and her family.
We've only just heard the sad news and are so very sorry to know that Len has passed away. One of my fondest memories being in Norris Arm during my quilt shop time, were visiting your house and getting a tour of all the interesting things you both had or enjoyed doing. The welcome was enough to make me always want to come back. I'm sure it was no secret just how fond I was of the both of you. Our deepest sympathies to all the family.
Love Judy and Ron

Growing up next to the Harvey's was always an adventure. Loved to always go visit the many different animals. Even my own children enjoyed visiting Nan & Pop Freake so they could see the animals that Len had. When I mentioned to Bradyn how Nanny's & Poppy's neighbor Len passed away he replied by saying " ah, the man with the chickens?"
It is so hard to believe you are no longer with us, you were always so full of life and laughter and such a hard working man. I can see you walking in front of my parents living room window, not to many could catch up to you, you walked so quickly.
I was so lucky to have you as neighbor Len and loved you like family.
Thinking of you Florence, Scott, Debbie, Guy, Junior and Clifford.
Hayley Rowsell and Family.

Aunt Florence and Harvey Family,
We have such fond memories of Uncle Len. He always treated our girls with such regard and encouragement. When we visited on many occasions he would always be delighted to take the girls to see his latest animals, whether foxes, quail and the like! He was remembered by the girls as saying many kind things to them...Chloe, I believe you are the smartest girl in Mississauga! Cassondra and Alanna you are some beautiful girls! Then a smile and a very loud roar would follow. The girls loved him and were saddened to learn he had passed. He always took an interest in our family as being an extension of his own. There was always a cup of tea and something to eat at the Harvey residence...of course Aunt Florence was the one he rallied to do it! Uncle Len always asked how each one of us was doing...
He often told me I had a good wife...even though she took a long time to get the coffee ready!!!! He had a good laugh about that one...
Uncle Len was a good good uncle to me personally (Cecil) and to our Family...
He will be missed and never forgotten...

Aunt Florence and family. Our heart felt condolences on Uncle Len’s passing. We’ll miss his laughter and smile/grin. He always livened up a room when he entered. Some of his little tidbits of advice I will never forget. My favourite was “Wylie, keep shooting until you have at least two down!” We’ll miss him more than words can say. He’s in a better place now and knows what it’s all about. Walking on streets of gold with Dad!
You guys are in our prayers.
Love, Wylie, Lisa and Colton

To Aunt Florence , Scott, Debbie, Junior, Guy, Clifford and family so sorry to hear of Uncle Len's passing but take comfort in the fact , that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord and what he lived for is now Reality. We will never forget the hardy laughter or the way he always made you feel welcome. On our visits he would always ask how the family was doing then he would ask about the boy and the little girl we're doing ( now adults. We are on able to be with you at this time but be assured of our thoughts and prayers at this time and in the coming days.

Our hearts are with you all at this sad time. From the first time we met through Tanya and Cliff we felt welcomed in your family. Len was always such a gentle man and always had a smile. He loved having the children around and the more noise the better he liked it. He fought a hard fight the past few years and he always rallied through, but this was the time God chose to call him home. We will miss his visits. Love
