Obituary of Roy Leonard Sargeant

         It is with great sadness that the family of Roy Leonard Sargeant announce his passing at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander, on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the age of 57 years. Predeceased by his dad Henry Shearing.  Leaving to cherish his memory: his mom, Minnie Noseworthy, his wife Frances, sons, Robert (Jenna), and Rocky (Julie); two precious grandchildren, Alex and Robert; six brothers, John (Verna), Gordon (Denise), Todd (Jeff), Eugene (Connie), Stephen (Tina), Melvin (Jackie); sister Louise (Donald) Fudge; many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.  

 Arrangements are under the care of Families Funeral Home in Lewisporte, where visitation will take place on Monday from 7-9pm, and Tuesday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 9^th,  from the Salvation Army Citadel  in Lewisporte at 2 pm with interment to follow at  the Salvation Army Cemetery in Lewisporte.

 Flowers are accepted or donations may be made in his memory to the Ronald McDonald House Newfoundland and Labrador.
