Obituary of Valetta Marie Snow

Valetta Snow, age 71 years, passed away in the arms of her loving husband Bob at her home in Lewisporte on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021. Valetta was born in Comfort Cove, daughter of the late Garland and Elvie Canning. Predeceased by her daughter Kimberly, and her brother Doug. Leaving to cherish her memory, her two children, Fraser (Krista), and Kelley (Peter) Newman; six granddaughters, Nicole, Natasha, Jenna, Perryn, Memphis, and Avery; son in law, John Wareham. As well her brothers, Junior (Sheila) Wells and Terry (Louise) Canning; sisters, Janice (Randy) Dawe and Lovelette Mews. Many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Families Funeral home, 9 Forward Drive, Lewisporte, with visitation on Saturday, from 2-5 p.m. Funeral service will take place from St. Matthew's United Church, Lewisporte on Sunday, February 7th, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. for family and friends. Interment will follow at St. Matthew's United Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to assist the family.
