It is with great sadness that the family of the late Joyce Spurrell announce her passing on Friday, March 5, 2021 at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander, at the age of 85 years. Joyce was predeceased by her husband Ron, daughter Karen and granddaughter Jodi.

Leaving to cherish her memory are her children: Keith (Esme), Paul (Denise); two grandchildren and one great granddaughter; sisters, Mae (Henry) Mews, Levie (Otto) Day; Geralda (Eli) Canning and her brother, Edward (Daphne) Canning. Two special friends Lottie Lily and Rosalind LeDrew; many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.

Resting at Families Funeral Home in Lewisporte, visitation and funeral service to remain private to the family with cremation to follow. Interment will take place at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy donations may be made in her memory to the Salvation Army Cemetery in Lewisporte.
