Passed peacefully away surrounded by her family on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at her home in Embree. Betty Hynes at the age of 80 years, was predeceased by her husband Lionel, sons, Keith and Shawn, siblings: Wallace Foss, Scott Foss, Jack Foss and Ruby Hurdle.

Leaving to cherish her memory are her sons, Brian (Tracie), Dean (Dale) and her precious grandchildren: Tennille (Kyle) Bourque, Thatcher (Kyla) Hynes, Mallory Hynes, Ashley Hynes, Kayla Hynes, Alicia (Adrian) Hynes, Jesse (Ben) Hynes along with her great-grandchildren: Austin, Jenson, Taylor, Kenzie, Alexis, Jayce, Jaxon, and Braydon.

Betty will be missed by her daughter-in-law Elizabeth, and her brother Gerald (Bernice) Foss and sister Ella Mumby; nieces and nephews’ other relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place from Families Funeral Home on Monday from 7-9pm and Tuesday, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Glad Tidings Tabernacle, Embree at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at the Community Cemetery in Little Burnt Bay.

Flowers accepted or donations may be made in her memory to the Community Cemetery Fund in Little Burnt Bay.
