Obituary of Gerald Janes

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gerald Janes announce his passing at James Paton Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at the age of 77. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Mary Janes; sister Martha and brother Overton. He will be deeply missed by his children: Jason (Heather Jones), Tracey (Dan) White and Jamie (Elizabeth); grandchildren: Justin, Andrew, Jordan, Skylar, Jasiah, Jaylah, Jamon, Jonah, Jasmine, Emma Louise, Coralee and Brittany; great-grandchildren: Kyliegh, Alayna, Aliyah, Monte, Domenic, Perseus and Persefaknee. Gerald will be fondly remembered by his siblings, Maxwell, Ernest, Garland (Madeline), Ida Holweck, Helen (Rick), Edgar (Coralee), and Michael along with many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends. Resting at Maranatha Pentecostal Tabernacle in Brown’s Arm on Friday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 1pm, with interment to follow at Maranatha Pentecostal Cemetery. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made in his memory to the Cemetery Fund in Brown’s Arm.
