Obituary of Debbie Lee Snow
Please share a memory of Debbie to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with great sadness the family of Debbie Lee Snow (nee Warr) announce her passing at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John's on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at the age of 65 years.
Debbie lived a life filled with love; during her childhood years with her parents and siblings and then with her co-worker and friend Clyde, who became her beloved husband on September 12, 1992. She became his voice and ears and signed her love for him every single day. It was a blessing to share life with her as she always had a smile on her face, loved everyone and, in her quietly humble way, was a steady presence for so many. Her steadiness showed in her 44 years as an employee of Lewisporte Co-Op and many have fond memories of her as a trusted co-worker.
Debbie enjoyed a good laugh, especially at family get-togethers, and she loved animals, especially Buttercup the baby duck. A talented artist, Debbie beautifully captured the beauty of nature in stunning ways and one of her favourite things to do was road trip with Mom and Clyde. Clyde and Debbie loved to cook and bake together and the family were in receipt of all of their favourites, especially cakes at Christmas time.
She was Predeceased by father Calvin and brother Ricky, Debbie leaves, with very full hearts, her loving husband and best friend Clyde, her mother Madeleine, sisters Karen, Dena (Morris) and Sheila (Tony).
Debbie will be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews, Philip (Andrea), Natasha (Mitchell), Zander (Megan), Kaitlyn (Tyler), Mackenzie (Renee), great nieces and nephews, sister-in-law Deb (Guy), brother-in-law Bob, sister-in-law Joan and extended relatives of the Warr and Snow families. Funeral Service, Burial and reception will remain private to the family.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of Families Funeral Home.
