Kelly, Craig and family: We were so sorry to hear of Ruth’s passing. We have been out of the country on holiday and only heard the sad news when we got back today. Our condolences to all of you. We have many great memories of your mother and father at Exploits, especially the Thanksgiving dinners there with many good friends and the many delicious meals of crab given to us by Ford. Keep your memories close and remember the good times.

Craig, Kelly and Jamie, I will always remember Ruth from my days as a teenager and showing up at your house anytime of the day or night….she always welcomed me with a smile and usually a lunch. As the years went by and I became a single dad, she was always so happy when I would bring Marcus for a visit. She was a great mother and a wonderful friend whom both Marcus and I will remember fondly. May you take comfort in the knowledge that your Mom was special to all that knew her and that so many will always carry her memory. All my Love Lorne and Marcus Brenton

Kelly, Greg, Craig and Jamie we were saddened to hear of your Mother’s and Grandmother’s passing…we were friends for years and she will be missed even though I hadn’t seen her for awhile….hold on to your memories and hopefully they’ll help you through the difficult days ahead….I have so many memories of spending time with both your mother and father and feeling so welcome whenever we visited…God Bless you all.. To Kelly and Craig So sorry to hear of your mom's passing . I have known your mom for so many years . Selling Avon brought us together . My 2 years working at Kingsway and 2 years being involved with the home brought our friendship to the surface again . I loved being around your mom . Our talks and stories and laughs I will never forget. Only a couple weeks ago as I was volunteering at the home she reached out to me and said I got to give you a hug. That hug I will cherish . Till we meet again my friend . Know others share your grief and will be thinking of you as you lay your mom to her final resting place .
