Passed peacefully away into the presence of his Lord and Saviour, surrounded by his family at North Haven Manor in Lewisporte on June 08, 2024 at the age of 88 years. Frank was born in Nipper's Harbour, raised his family in Windsor, retired to Embree and eventually lived his last years in Lewisporte.

Predeceased by his son Bob, his brother Scott, half brothers Gus and Jack, half sister Nina, his parents Augustus and Grace and stepfather Fred Randell; brothers-in-law Eric Randell and Terry Crewe.

Leaving to mourn with cherished memories are his loving wife Joan of over 60 years; sons Jeff (Kathy) Tilley, Todd (Joy) Tilley and daughter Lori (Rodney) Foss; ten grandchildren Brandon (Megan), Alyson (Paul), Alisha, Luke (Sarah), Kristen (Nathan), Sam, Calvin (Riit), Mitchell, Riley and Jacob. He will be deeply missed by his daughter-in-law AnnMarie Tilley, brother-in-law Frank (Olive) Anstey; sisters, Olive (Ralph) Fudge, Greta (Warrick) Osbourne, Mabel (Ralph) Starkes, Joan (Amos) Roberts and Elsie Crewe.

Frank leaves behind a very large circle of nephews and nieces who adored their uncle Frank and an equally large circle of other family and friends.

Family would like to thank the staff at North Haven Manor and Dr. Hugh Twomey Centre for their love and compassion shown to their father. Thank you also to the staff at Kingsway Living in Lewisporte for all you have done. He loved you all.

Resting at Glad Tidings Tabernacle in Embree with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 1PM with interment to follow at the Community Cemetery in Embree.
