As a grandmother she was the fun nan, hosting sleepovers, teaching them to bake and generally spoiling them rotten. Marg was also blessed to be a great-grandmother to Lucas, Owen, McKinlay, Bria, Dane, Hayes, Annabelle, Bridget, Lydia, Esmee, Liam, Emily and Kayley.
Marg was known for her love for a game of cards and her willingness to participate in community activities including Women’s Institute, church and the Seniors 50+ group. In retirement, Marg and Mac enjoyed travelling including spending winters at their home in Florida.

“The clock of life is wound but once,
And no man has the power
To tell just when the hands will stop
At late or early hour.
Now is the only time you own
So live and toil with will
Place no faith in the clock tomorrow
For the clock may then be still.”
