Obituary of Thomas Izzard

Passed away peacefully at the Veteran's Ward of the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre, Botwood, Mr. Thomas B. Izzard, aged 94 years. Mr. Izzard was a veteran of World War II and a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion. He was predeceased by: wife Marjorie; sister Doreen; and brothers: James and Joseph. Thomas leaves to mourn with many loving and precious memories: son Kevin(Clara Zelenka); grandchildren: Sean, Kyle(Lynette), Melanie(Trent), and Stephanie; great grandchildren: TJ and Shane; sister Gwenyth Colpitts; and brother Jeremiah; as well as a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a private family service at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Thomas' memory may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion (Aurora,ON or Botwood,NL branches).
