Obituary of Mae Ball

Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander on Wednesday, January 18th 2017, Mae Ball, at the age of 66 years. She was predeceased by: husband Baxter Wheeler; parents Douglas and Phoebe Ball; brothers: Garland, Robert, Albert, and Aubrey; and sister Ethel Budgell. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories: her son Shane; niece Rose(Jamie Pierce), loved as a daughter; sisters: Ruby (Hayward) Locke, Greta Young, Gladys Kelloway, and Florence Boyd; and brother Donald(Delilah); as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Visitation will take place Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm from Families Funeral Home, 9 Forward Drive, Lewisporte. A funeral for close friends and family will be held from the funeral home on Saturday at 11 am. Interment will follow at the Community cemetery, Embree. As expressions of sympathy donations in Mae's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
