Passed peacefully away on Sunday February 5, at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Centre at the age of 74 years. Predeceased by his parents, the late Jurdon and Lucy Hynes, and infant brother Joseph. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: his wife Gloria; three daughters: Kimberley (Cory) Baker, Tina (Steve) Randall, and Stacy (Robert) Elliott; grandchildren: Erica, Megan, and Kaley; Siblings: Esau (Sally),Ada (Adolphus) Quinlan, Manuel (Ruth), Mary Hobbs, Margaret(Dave) Rowe, and Ruby (Terry) Roberts. Brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews other relatives and friends. Resting at Families Funeral Home, 9 Forward Drive, Lewisporte.

Visitation and services will remain private to family. Donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
