Dear Uncle Tom, Dean, Elizabeth and Family
It is with great sadness to hear of Aunt Laura’s passing.
She was a wonderful Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt and Friend.
She was a beautiful warm and loving Lady who enriched the lives of everyone she came in contact with. She loved with her whole heart. She was so much fun to be around and I loved being in her presence. She always made me laugh and gave the best hugs. Her door was always opened and it didn’t matter what time of day, or night it was.
We even had our own little personal joke that she liked to tease me about.
When I was small I loved flowers. I went outside playing one day and I saw these beautiful colourful flowers on her front lawn.
I just had to pick them, because they were the prettiest flowers I had ever seen. When I walked in her house with the flowers, roots and dirt falling all over her clean floor to give them to my Mom, She gasped as I had picked the pansies that she had just spent hours planting in their ever so perfect spot for them to get the right amount of shade and sun. She hugged me even though I’m sure she might have wanted to cry, but instead, she asked me to please not touch anymore and kissed me.
From then on she teased me about picking her flowers even when I saw her last, she teased me and hugged me.
Please accept our deepest sympathy and may you always treasure the wonderful times you shared with her.

To Uncle Tom, Elizabeth, Dean and the to the Payne/Nippard family.
I was so sad to hear of Aunt Laura's passing. There are so many fond memories of her that I will cherish for the rest of my life. She always said that I looked the most like her
and would always pinch my cheeks. She always had a smile on her face when I dropped in to see her or if we were together at some family function. She was the kindest, loving & beautiful person and the world will have a void now that she's gone. I'm sorry that I couldn't get home to say my good byes to her but you are all in my thoughts. Just remember to rely on each other during this difficult time, as its family & friends that will help you get through this hard time and the ones ahead.

Sorry we cannot be with you through this difficult time, We will miss her dearly, I really thought that I would be able to spend some quality time with her when I come down in May, however God had other plans for her. We sure do have a lot of fond memories of her and lots of laughs for sure .

We are so sorry for your loss Aunt Laura was a sweet funny kind loving soul who will be greatly missed .
It’s funny that my first memories of Aunt Laura are long before she became my Aunt .. I remember growing up just uo the street from them & I would spend a lot of time running around & Aunt Laura would always give me popsicles & Mr freezies
When I first came to a Nippard function in 1995 I said to Dwayne how are Tom & Laura related to you ( I never knew Laura was a Nippard she was alway a Payne to me )
Then in 1999 I was lucky enough to call her my Aunt. Funny how that all worked out
We are sorry we can’t be home but just know you are all in our hearts & prayers.
