It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lucas Porter announce his passing on Friday March 25, 2016 at the age of 23 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his parents: Rodney and Joan Porter; grandparents: Mary and Vince, John and Marion, Ron and May; great-grandmother, Bessie Downton; also a large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. Resting at Families Funeral Home, 9 Forward Drive in Lewisporte. Visitation will take place on Wednesday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place on Thursday March 31, 2016 from the Philadelphia Pentecostal Tabernacle in Lewisporte at 11am with interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery.
