Our sympathies to Mark and family. Your Mom and I were childhood friends. I spent many play dates at your Nan’s house. She was a lovely meek lady devoted to church, UCW and teaching Sunday School. I remember coming from school with your mom and our other friends to enjoy the last of the treats from the afternoon teas that your Nan and the other moms in UCW were serving. She also spent time preparing Sunday School lessons with my mom (Julia Woolfrey) at our family home. They were good friends who both were committed to their faith and family. May you remember many pleasant memories of your Nan in the days ahead.

Mark and family, so sorry to hear of Jenny’s passing. She was a wonderful lady with deep roots in her faith. After mom and dad sold their house across the street and we would come home for a few days in the summer, I would always stay with Jenny. It was during those times that I have the fondest memories. The beautiful conversations in the kitchen early in the morning, often time going back to when we were kids growing up. She thought of dad like a brother and I know dad cared for her as well. Her faith in God was an inspiration to me and I firmly believe that kept her going. Some day, we will meet again. Rosalyn, Tim, Krista and Katherine
