Nan, I don't know where to begin. You treated us like gold. You never failed to put a smile on anyone's face that you crossed. I will never forget the memories of you and the laughs we shared. I'll never forget one of my birthdays when I had friends over and we tried to pull a little prank on you. My friend had diabetes and we thought it would be funny to tell you he was doing bad things instead of insulin that he needed lol you fell for the joke but took it in all good spirits and we laughed and laughed. There are plenty of more memories I could share but I thought that was the funniest one. I will love you forever Nan and carry you forever in my heart. Miss you till the end. Love Donovan

I am at loss for words I have lived beside you for 24 years, and you have been the best Neighbor friend anyone could ask for.I will miss you walking in the house yelling hello hello and me still in my house coat and you saying ah what odds my love. My deepest condolences to Irenes family. She was an amazing person who always had a smile on her face and protected our home like her own. Every-time i came home for the past 10 years shes been on her front bridge waving and smiling and despite how hard i would try to prevent my daughter from barging on in her house Irene would just tell me to give it up and let her come inside for a snack and say she loves her. Afterwards would always compliment how sweet and beautiful my kids are and that they can come over any time. Going home for visits will never be the same without seeing her running over to greet me and give me about 10 compliments or more. She was an angel and i will cherish every memory i have of her beautiful smiles and chats. Rest easy and in peace Irene, i will miss you forever.

Q: What will you never forget about Irene?
A: Irene was the most pleasant, smiling person in our community. I vividly remember how the room would shine with her smile and oh how she loved to sing "Jesus loves the little children" . Ive lost touch with her over the years, but will always remember how much she loved Jesus and to tell others about Him. She adored her family as well and Im so glad I had a priviledge to work along side of her daughter in more recent years. Gail you shine like your momma. Sending you all hugs and prayers during this sad time. Remember God is always near. Just reach out to Him for comfort and help.
